Lie on your back on an exercise mat. Both legs are straight. Bend your left leg and place both hands behind your left knee. Bring your left knee up and in toward your chest. You'll feel a stretch in your left gluteal muscle and left hip. Relax and return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.
